Visual Merchandiser (all genders) – September 2026 – March 2027

For our Fashion Concept Stores in Berlin, we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser (all genders) to join us on a fixed-term contract as a temporary cover for our Friedrichshain Stores. The position runs from September 2026 until March 2027 and offers 24 hours per week across 3–4 working days.

• Design and implement window displays and visual merchandising concepts throughout the store
• Continuously optimize the sales floor to create an inspiring and trend-driven shopping experience
• Style, size, and present merchandise on the sales floor and display fixtures with great attention to detail
• Execute visual merchandising concepts in line with current fashion trends and our brand identity
• Regularly brief and support the retail team in implementing visual merchandising standards and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate closely with our Berlin-based Visual Merchandising team to successfully bring creative concepts to life in the stores
• Ensure compliance with our Corporate Visual Guidelines while continuously evolving the overall store look

• Completed training or a degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or a comparable field
• Entry-level experience or 1–2 years of professional experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally within the fast fashion industry
• A strong eye for trends, design, and aesthetics
• Passion for fashion and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support retail teams
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working combined with flexibility and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent German (B-level) and good English skills (C-level)
