Für unsere Stores in Berlin Friedrichshain (Krossener Str. 9-10 + Kopernikusstraße 7a) und unseren Store in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg (Kastanienallee 19-20) suchen wir neue Storemanager*innen (m/w/d).
Du kannst ab sofort bei uns arbeiten.

Als Storemanager*in (m/w/d) schaffst du eine positive und dynamische Atmosphäre in deinem Team und somit die Grundlage für eine optimale Kundenbetreuung. Wenn du Lust hast Verantwortung zu übernehmen und in einer tollen Arbeitsatmosphäre zu arbeiten, ist die Stelle genau richtig für dich.

Deine Aufgaben

Führung und Entwicklung eines motivierten Teams
Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Umsatzzielen und KPIs
Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingaktionen und Events
Sicherstellung einer optimalen Customer Experience
Organisation der täglichen Abläufe im Store
Lagerverwaltung und Bestandskontrolle
Personaleinsatzplanung und Urlaubsplanung

Dein Profil

Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
erste Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise in der Modebranche
Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Kaufmännisches Geschick und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenendarbeit

Über uns

Seit 2009 ist Broke + Schön Teil der Berliner Mode Szene und steht seither für individuelle Fashion Pieces, die einfach Spaß machen. Die Idee begann mit nur einem Store im Herzen von Friedrichshain und ist mittlerweile auf drei Fashion Stores und zwei Accessoire Stores in Berlin, ein Store auf der Hamburger Schanze und einem internationalen Online Shop gewachsen. Job description

For our store in Berlin Mitte (Alte Schönhauser Str. 35), we are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d).
You can start working with us immediately.

As a Store Manager (m/f/d), you will create a positive and dynamic atmosphere within your team, laying the foundation for optimal customer service. If you are eager to take on responsibility and work in a great working environment, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a motivated team
Responsibility for achieving sales targets and KPIs
Planning and implementing marketing campaigns and events
Ensuring an optimal customer experience
Organizing daily store operations
Managing inventory and conducting stock control
Staff scheduling and vacation planning

Your profile

Enjoyment of working with people
Previous work experience in retail, ideally in the fashion industry
Experience in staff management and development
Strong customer and service orientation
Business acumen and understanding of operational processes
Fluent German and good English skills
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
Flexibility and willingness to work weekends
